1. How do I go about dealing with my insurance company or the other party’s insurance?

You will need to contact your insurance company and they will take a statement over the phone, in regards to your accident. They will create a claim number for your vehicle. Once you give us your claim number, we will take over and work directly with your insurance company to get your vehicle repaired.

2. My insurance company told me to get 2 or 3 estimates for my vehicle. Do I have to?

No. There is no law that requires you to do this. It is the insurance’s obligation to inspect and appraise your vehicle’s damages at current market rates. We will work directly with the insurance appraiser to negotiate a fair estimate amount to repair your vehicle properly.

3. Can my insurance company dictate which repair shop I must go to have my vehicle repaired?

No. You have a right to have your vehicle repair facility of your choice. Only you can authorize the repairs to your vehicle. It is your insurance company’s obligation to work with the repair facility of your choice.

4. Is it possible to have my vehicle inspected or dropped off before or after operating hours?

Yes, with an appointment, we can arrange for inspection or drop off after hours, as well as on Saturdays. WE also have an early bird drop box to secure your keys at any hour of the day.

5. How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

At the time of inspection or when dropping off your vehicle for repairs, we will give you an approximate target date of completion. Once we have ordered your parts, we will update you a more accurate completion date.

6. Will the new paint color match the rest of my vehicle when repaired?

Yes, Bonfante Collision Center has an on-site Dupont Computerized Color Matching System. This system and Dupont’s refinishing products allow us to match your vehicle’s factory color and clear coat refinish. Bonfante Collision Center has invested the very best of Certified Training for our paint technician to insure an exact color match.

7. Do you offer rental car service when I drop my vehicle for repair?

Yes, we have Hertz and Enterprise rental cars within minutes of our location. We will assist you in making an appointment for time of drop off of your vehicle at our facility.

This will make for a timely, convenient, and as painless as possible to get you on your way. For your convenience, we have an agreement with the rental companies so you can simply leave your rental car at our shop when you pick up your beautiful repaired and detailed vehicle.

8. What kind of a warranty does Bonfante Collision Center provide?

Bonfante Collision Center takes great pride in customer service and standing behind our collision repair work! We give a lifetime warranty on repairs and refinish for as long as you own your vehicle.

9. Who do I pay my deductible to ? To my insurance company or to the shop?

If your deductible is not waivered by your insurance company, it’s your responsibility to pay Bonfante Collision Center the deductible at the time you pick up your vehicle.

10. What types of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, insurance checks, personal checks with a valid drivers license, and all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
